The HTS 7000 Reader is a versatile, optimized system for rapid, high-throughput screening of a large array of small-volume samples. It can read any plate type in any format including 6, 24, 96, 384 wells, (addition of 1536 wells with the *Plus model) using luminescence (fluorescence, chemiluminescence, bioluminescence) from the top and bottom of wells or through-well absorbance down to 260 nm. Spectral range 340-700nm for fluorescence. 230-700nm absorbance spectral range. Comes with standard PC software. Sensitivity 1.5 picograms fluorescein on each well (HTS Plus*). HTS model sensitivity 3 pg fluorescein each well. Plate incubation and shake in orbital or linear modes. |
