The HTS 7000 Reader is a
versatile, optimized system for rapid, high-throughput screening of
a large array of small-volume samples. It can read any plate type
in any format including 6, 24, 96, 384 and 1536 wells, (absorbance
and fluorescence) from the top and bottom of wells or through-well
absorbance down to 260 nm. Spectral range
340-700nm for fluorescence. 230-700nm absorbance spectral range. HTS model sensitivity 3 pg
fluorescein each well. Plate incubation
and shake in orbital or linear modes.
