Spectramax 250, 340 PC and 384 Plus and Versamax Models 96 well Monochromatic Readers.  Monochromator based instruments allow users to specify a precise wavelength, from 250-850nm, 340-850nm and 190-1000nm in 1nm wavelengths without the use of filters. Optical density (OD) readings by means of an Endpoint reading or conduct a Kinetic analysis which measures the rate of optical density change per minute (milli-OD/min). Instrument features include incubation, temperature control (Temperature Range Ambient +4 °C to 45 °C) and automix/shaking. Photometric Range to 4.000 OD. Extensive onboard  data analysis for endpoint calculations, curve fitting options, with 4-parameter, 2-parameter, cubic, quadratic, linear, cubic-spline, and point-to-point.  IU model includes temperature control.
