Spectramax 190, 96, 384, 250, Versamax and 340 PC Models 96 well Monochromatic Readers.  Monochromator based instruments allow users to specify a precise wavelength, from 190-1000nm, 250-800, 340-850nm 1nm and 5nm wavelengths without the use of filters. No filters are needed. The reader uses a grating monochromator to select the exact wavelength you need for every assay. With a wavelength range from 340 to 850 nm, it's like having 510 filters free. Optical density (OD) readings by means of an Endpoint reading or conduct a Kinetic analysis which measures the rate of optical density change per minute (milli-OD/min). Photometric Range to 4.000 OD.
